- Hand Made in England from Melton wool mix fabric The fabric is a 75:25 mix of wool and polyester.
- Fabric designed and made in Tuscany,This is a wonderful fabric from a better age.
- Engraved and polished anchor buttons.
- Eight button front with adjustable oversized cuff tab with two buttons on each sleeve.
- All internal seams are bound with tonal edging fabric Twin welt pockets.
We use fine Italian Melton wool in our Unlined Pea Coat Womans lined reefer coat- based on the original reefer coats that we made for Royal Navy- but softened in shape to fit the modern woman and subtly lined in Bemberg style polyester satin. These coats are often called Jackie O - after the style often worn by Jackie Onassis.
